Camping-/Marina program The MOSER columns are standard compliant. Electrical installation on campsites has become increasingly important in recent years. Nationally and internationally valid standards and regulations are extremely important here and compliance with them is of great significance. Excerpt of some regulations for power distributors in campsites. Section 7 Each socket outlet must be protected by its own residual-current device with a rated differential current IΔN ≤ 30 mA. The selected device shall disconnect all active conductors including the neutral conductor. Section 10.1 Electrical equipment on a caravan site or camping site must either itself comply with at least protection class IP44 or be installed in an appropriate enclosure. Section 12.1 Industrial plugs and socket-outlets shall be used that meet the requirements of ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60309-2. All sockets shall be at least IP44 rated or such protection shall be provided by an enclosure. Section 12.2 All electrical outlets shall be located as close as possible to the caravan site or tent site to be supplied. Electrical outlets shall be located in the distribution or in a separate enclosure. Section 12.3 To avoid hazards from long extension cords, a maximum of 4 receptacles may be combined in one enclosure. Section 12.5 In general, single-phase receptacles with a rated voltage up to AC 250 V and a rated current of 16 A shall be provided. Section 12.6 The bottom edge of each receptacle shall be located at a height between 0.5 m and 1.5 m from the floor. In special cases with extreme environmental conditions, it is permitted to exceed the maximum height of 1.5 m. In these cases, special measures must be taken to ensure that plugging and unplugging is safe. MS10 Camping-/Marina column This column represents both: a cost effective and at the same time an elegant solution for power supply on camping sites. Due to its timeless and slim design, it fits perfectly into almost any outdoor area. It is suitable for holding one to four power outlets. The column is used if the sub-distribution is already available on site. 4 44
